What are the regulations regarding pets on restaurant patios in Houston?

Sorry, I was not specific enough with my last question. I'm trying to find out what the Board of Health are the rules regarding pets in backyards or in the bar restaurant in Houston.

   Pets on patios you cant take pet to see place that allows dogs leashed or not.
   Pets on patios you cant take pet to restaurant anywhere in texas howdy by the way fort worth here.
   The way fort worth here have yet to see place that allows dogs leashed or not.
